Thank you for choosing Flyplayers. We ship worldwide from Ukraine and strive to get your sports footwear and apparel to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation. In most cases, your order will be processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Ukrainian public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders using the following trusted carriers:
- Ukrposhta (National Postal Operator of Ukraine)
- Nova Poshta (Nova Post)
We choose the most efficient available route for your destination country.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination country.
Shipping cost starts from: $13 USD
Estimated delivery time starts from: 5 business days and can take up to 30 business days, depending on your location and local postal service efficiency.
You will see the exact shipping cost and an estimated delivery window before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the official websites of Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta, or use international tracking services such as 17TRACK.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.
All such charges are the buyer's sole responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for detailed information before ordering.
We are legally required to declare the accurate value of the goods on all customs documentation. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
Flyplayers is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures and inspections
- Postal service or courier delays in Ukraine or the destination country
- Force majeure events, including power outages or security alerts related to the martial law regime in Ukraine
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, any dates provided are approximate.
7. Shipping Restrictions
At this moment, we do not ship to:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions)
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team to check feasibility.
8. Packaging & Video Recording
Every package is insured and is video-recorded during the entire packing process to ensure all items, sizes, and conditions strictly match your order. This procedure allows us to guarantee full transparency and quickly resolve any potential claims.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Damaged upon arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and the damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost in transit: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us. If the package is officially declared lost, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Flyplayers is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
